On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2023 International Image Processing and Computer Vision Conference (IPCV 2023). The conference was scheduled to be held at Changsha, China, from Oct. 30th to Oct. 31st, 2023.
Sponsored by Nanchang Institute of Technology, Hubei Zhongke Institute of Geology and Environment Technology and American Society for Science and Technology, the aim of IPCV 2023 is to provide an international forum that brings together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to exchange and discuss the latest technical advances in the broad areas of Image Processing and Computer Vision. The organizing committee and the technical program committee of the conference try hard to develop a high-quality technical program and make the conference a greater success. 投稿须知
1. 本次大会采用在线投稿方式，点击"投稿入口"进行投稿；
2. 投稿内容应突出作者的创新与成果，具有较重要的学术价值与运用推广价值，且未在公开发行的刊物上发表或会议上宣读；
3. 论文应包括题目、作者姓名、作者单位、摘要、关键词、正文和参考文献。请在稿件最后附上通讯作者姓名、性别、职务/职称、所属单位、通信地址、邮编、联系电话和 E-mail；
4. 来稿内容涉及国家、省部级科研基金资助者，请务必在稿件中注明项目名称和编号；
5. 会议接收中英文稿件，根据论文评审情况，所有录用论文将根据质量推荐到大会合作期刊正刊发表。在各期刊发表前，作者须按照审稿意见和期刊要求修改论文，每篇录用论文至少有一名作者注册参会，并到会宣读论文（也可以论文海报形式在会场进行展示）；
6. 投稿论文页数不限，具体模板请参照大会各合作期刊的标准。会议将履行严格的审稿程序，遵循宁缺毋滥的原则，杜绝抄袭、数据不实、一稿多投等学术不端行为。
7. 投稿时，每一篇论文可以从大会合作期刊中选择不超过3个希望被推荐的期刊；
8. 学生（不包括在职博士生和博士后）为第一作者的稿件请在首页脚注中注明，并由第一作者到会宣读论文，否则将不参评“优秀学生论文”。 同时，按会议论文集出版要求，大会会务组保留将未宣读论文移出ISDMD2023会议论文集的权利;
9. 审稿录用,录用论文版面费标准由所刊登期刊确定。
